Hi folks,

It appears my university list has changed again. For those of you who are interested, it now reads Leicester, Manchester, Leeds, Reading, Heriot Watt (Edinburgh) and Sheffield. My confirmation for the Leicester open day came through today and my place on the Modern Languages talk is booked.

Oh well, college is officially finished now. I went in this morning to let the Marshall look at my personal statement and to see that Reading is better than Aston and deserves a place on my list of six.

It appears Widnes are relegated. Five points to make up in seven games, I think not. Oh well, it looks like trips to Oldham and Dewsbury next year. I wonder if Whitehaven is any less awful in the summer?

I was very sad to hear that Ted Heath is dead. I think he was probably the best Tory there ever was. At least he detested Thatcher, and he took us into Europe. Rest in Peace Ted!
